Sleek Loft Living Minimalist Urban Escape

The apartment was clean and the perfect size for two or three adults. It has a lovely little back garden, which was a great place to relax in the sunshine. The bed and the single sofa bed were both comfortable, the towels/bed sheets were clean and good quality, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk to the underground in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There was a small mix-up with the parking space on arrival, but the host resolved it very quickly and was helpful throughout. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

After booking the apartment, I received a link offering two options for the security deposit: a non-refundable deposit of £35 or a refundable deposit of £500. This was not mentioned during the booking process. I feel this information should be made much clearer before the booking is completed, allowing guests to make a fully informed decision before confirming their reservation. That said, I would still recommend staying here. Even with the £35 non-refundable deposit option, I felt it offered good value for money overall and the stay was enjoyable.

To be honest everything the area, how clean it was, how update, everything you would need was in the apartment and the hostess was amazing and helpful! 100% would return if I ever go to London again.

Тихий спокійний район ,ми 2 дівчини ходили в 1 час ночі . Багато поліції охороняє цей район . тут проживають євреї .Метро та автобуси 15 хв пішки . Квартира знаходиться в автентичному англійському 2 поверховому будинку . Вхід окремий . На 1 поверсі кухня і 1 розкладне вузьке крісло де може спати лише 1 людина . На 2 поверсі 1,5 ліжко (не широке) де можуть спати 2 людини . Крісло і ліжко мягке ,спати зручно . Постіль дуже чиста приємна . Рушники чисті . Посуд весь є . Плита ,мікрохвильова, сковорідки ,каструля,фен ,холодильник, душ. Праска .дошка для гладіння . Квартира чиста . Ми жили 8 ночей і тільки останню ніч ми побачили вночі багато мурах. Думаю їх травлять ,бо там стояв балончик з средством від комах .

Завдаток 500 фунтів . Дуже великий завдаток . Після повної оплати апартаментів нам негайно прийшло смс : Нам запропонували або 35 фунтів завдатку який не повертається, або 500 фунтів які повернуться через неділю . Смс з пропозиціями оплати приходило кожен день . Зазвичай завдаток оплачується на місці під час заселення або онлайн в день заселення. Але нам смс приходило 2 неділі кожен день . Поки я не звʼязалася з власником і букінг і домовилась що ми оплатимо завдаток в день заселення. Бо все може бути . Не вилетить літак ,чи хтось захворіє і не полетить . Ми й так вже оплатили апартаменти. А з нас кожен день просили внести завдаток за ущерб житла, в яке ми навіть не заселилися . Неприємно . Завдаток повинен вноситися коли людина заселяється в апартаменти а не за місяць до цього . Ми заплатили 35 фунтів бо вже не хотіли нервувати за повернення 500 фунтів . хитренько від власника . Якби я знала що такий великий завдаток з нас будуть просити до заселення я б зняла іншу квартиру . В будинку наші апартаменти були просто відокремлені, але таке враження що стіни з бумаги . Було дуже чутно людей над нами ,чути як вони ідуть по підлозі ніби поряд з вами , чути як вони заходять в туалет і роблять свої справи . Але нас було 2 людини то нам не було страшно а навіть смішно . Бо ми питали друг друга :-це ти в 3 ночі йшла повз мене ? Нам повезло і люди які ходили над нами були спокійні . Не розмовляли . Бо ми б чули кожне слово ))

Location is great a nice walk to metro station. Nice area . Beds were comfortable. Communication was quick and helped us with early check in and late check in l out no charge

Property was very small. The lounge was including the kitchen which was tiny , only room for a single sofa bed to and a small dining table with tall chairs and coffee table. So quite cramped for 3 people. Toilet was downstairs so had to walk downstairs for toilet in middle of the night. Oven was not working which spoiled our breakfast even though host offered to find someone to repair it would not have worked for us as we were leaving next day. One of the table was broken on arrival and overall the place was a little worn n tired. The other thing was that only on booking did we find out about the choice of 35 pounds insurance for breakage or 500 pounds refundable deposit for breakage I think this should be made clear before booking.
