A limpeza digna de hotel de 5*. Parecia que o apartamento nunca tinha sido usado, o que num apartamento foi uma boa surpresa. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e com todo o equipamento necessário, bem próximo da praia fluvial e centro de Unhais.
A única coisa a ser melhorada é a falta de ar condicionado para os dias de maior calor. No primeiro dia o apartamento estava bem quente, mas segundo o proprietário será das próximas intervenções, pelo que com isso, será certamente o local a procurar nas próximas visitas à serra da estrela

Faltou um ar condicionado ou minimamente um ventilador. O apartamento é muito quente.
