A lovely and well appointed place in a GREAT neighborhood. Good connections to transport options or the freeway.
I think it would be cool if you had separate trash and recycling under the sink.

Quiet area. Not far from all the popular Los Angeles hot spots (Santa Monica, Hollywood etc). Plenty of equipment in the kitchen for food / drink.
Parking out front isn’t always guaranteed but can park on other streets nearby as long as you follow the rules.

Clean, clearly a lot of thought gone into making it comfortable

Clean, modern and in a nice quiet neighbourhood
Shared washing machine facilities are right outside the door to this unit, so if people choose to use them outside of the hours that it says not to then you will hear the washing machine and people coming and going to load/empty it. This happened during our stay at 10/11pm which felt a bit rude
