Location is excellent with a bus at the end of the road to go down to Venice or up to Culver City. Neighbours were very nice. Accessible kitchen with everything you would need, even a water filter and some cans of soda.
The only thing is the property is quite hot and without a full AC unit in the main room although there is a floor fan so it was ok. Also, I felt an additional lock on the door would be beneficial for safety.

the place is quite clean even though the fan is not cleaned, and the place close to the bus halte, in overall, this place is cozy to stay in.
the place has no airconditioner only fan, it very hot when it summer, If we want to open the door because the air in the room is hot, it feels unsafe, because many people pass by, especially men and teenagers

I appreciated that I was able to switch apartments due to the first one being dirty. Also it was a very quiet area.
False Advertisement far as the website pictures and Apartment number, I had to switch apartments due to the non cleaning in the first one. Also it’s not on the beach front or even close too the water for that matter it’s actually 15-18 mins from both Santa Monica and Venice. I definitely wouldn’t book here again .
