L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et confortable. Deux salles de bain. De nombreux rangements dans les deux chambres. La station de métro la plus proche est à 700mètres, et il y a de nombreux bus dans le quartier. Commerces de proximité pour faire les courses. La propriétaire réagit rapidement aux demandes de renseignement. Deuxième étage avec ascenseur.
l'appartement est situé sur un boulevard urbain en deux fois deux voies avec beaucoup de circulation (notamment passage fréquent d'ambulances avec sirènes stridentes, ou des motos pétaradantes). C'est donc assez bruyant et cela malgré le double vitrage dans les chambres. Pas de double-vitrage dans le salon et la salle de bain (vieilles fenêtres qui ferment mal et devraient être changées). A déconseiller aux personnes sensibles au bruit et qui cherchent le calme

Excellent flat. Huge well lit living room and three comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms, including a bath. It a very smart block in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a small supermarket opposite.Plenty of buses to get to different parts of town or a short walk to the Vatican. Easy check in. Hosts very helpful and kind, especially when our outward flight got cancelled.
