Location was great , near metro and places to buy needed items from and eat at .

We liked the neighborhood. The owner had a book explaining the sights and gave restaurant suggestions. We really liked the Trattoria Antico Falcone. The prices were great and the food excellent and it was just 5 minutes away and the spermercado around the corner was open and had wonderful staff. We also thought the pisticceria he recommended excellent
It was not very close to the 2 metro stations he mentioned, so I bought a Rome pass online and it was never emailed. Not Andreas fault. We couldn't work the TV. We asked for the instructions to be emailed, and they weren't. And we found coffee pods that worked in the coffeemaker. He bought us extras, but the wrong size. The 2 stepdowns were dangerous until we got used to them.
