The staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and garden area very beautiful !
No toilet paper holder, broken handle on the drawer. Saw several dirty looking stain on the carpet.

Friendliness of staff. Location.
The room. Yuck. For my last 4 visits, I have always been able to stay in the same room and I always love my experience, but it was not available for this stay. This stay I got: Dead horsefly’s on floor. Carpet is sticky and nasty dirty. Dirty handprints on the walls in bathroom. Booked room for 2 people . There was 1 washcloth and 1 towel clean for use. Got bit several times both nights Bed was HARD and uncomfortable. I was charged the same for this single bed room as I am usually charged for the double Queen deluxe room with a patio. Going forward, if “my” room is not available, I will stay at a different property.
