The cleanliness of the facility. The car park is clean and safe

The gym is small but it didn't bother us.

Convenient to the freeway. Food close by and convenience stores. I like that you can’t hear your partner using the restroom and the jacuzzi tubs are bigger than most best westerns.

The doors are loud or people are slamming them.

I had a nice and relaxing stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on New Year’s Day. Our main criteria were free breakfast and free parking, which the hotel offered. The hotel also provided a free stay for our child, which was a nice bonus. Keep in mind that the hotel requires a $100 security deposit. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was warm. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and even offered us a choice of which floor we preferred. Breakfast was decent and included omelets, burger patties, bacon, croissants, a waffle station, oatmeal, dry cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. We traveled by car, so the location was not a major factor for us. It took about 25 minutes to drive to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As a nice extra, if you’d like to visit a great Ukrainian restaurant, Mom Please is located about 20–30 minutes from the hotel.

The neighborhood around the hotel is not very pleasant. The hotel is quite old, and this is noticeable in the doors, furniture, and general wear and tear. When we entered the room, there was a strong chemical smell from cleaning products. Breakfast lacked vegetables, greens, and sliced fruits. The kitchen ventilation was not working properly, and our clothes smelled strongly of food afterward.
