7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

The check in process, and communication with Raise was very prompt and efficient. The apartment was very clean and lovely, as advertised.
The shower is in an unacceptable poor condition, extremely small, and a health hazard. The mixer tap is at a thigh high level, and the hot feed pipe is exposed, causing me to burn my leg twice because of the sheer claustrophobic nature of the shower cubicle. A picture is attached. Apologies for not washing up as we were unable to determine which was the washing up liquid. Finally, the key safe outside is now 3rd from bottom as another has been added.

We really liked the location, as well as the spacious living room and balcony. The apartment felt comfortable overall.
For taller guests, showering might be a bit challenging. We understand that the space is limited, but the shower is extremely small and narrow.
