We were absolutely satisfied with our apartment, the location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. It is very comfortable, we have a small kid, and we had everything we needed, high chair, baby cot... Apartment is like home, all you need is there. It is spacious, clean and new. All recommendations from our side.
Sewage pipes make a smell, but it is not this apartment's fault.

Close proximity to shops restaurants beach
The bathroom had an unpleasant odour Location should have the number 2B as we could not find it when we were told it was number 2

very central and easy to access with door code. quiet and clean
Sock left in one of the cupboards. No wardrobe. Kitchen looks clean, but there was no kettle or pans for the cooker. Only 4 spoons, forks/knives, 3 cups, plates, bowls. No Microwave . No freezer containers or ice-cube holders, so freezer felt a waste. Washer, but no powder or Drying line on balcony or airer to put wet clothes on. Also the sink smelt the whole kitchen out, if we didn't put hot water down it every day.
