Bardzo czysty apartament, zadbany. Przyjemny tras z odrobiną ogródka, gdzie rano można przy stoliku wypić kawę. Duży plus, że mieszanie nie nagrzewa się od słońca. Jest miejsce do zjedzenia posiłku i wygodna kanapa do odpoczynku( ale niestety widoczne plamy po zalaniu jakimś piciem). Wygodne łózko do spania. Miejsce ciche, obiekt ma ochronę i zamykany teren. To duży plus. Za ogrodzeniem terenu jest dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy i piekarnia, do najbliższej plaży trzeba dojść około 15 minut, do centrum 20 minut. Dużym plusem jest to ,że w niedalekiej okolicy 10 minut piechotą jest stacja Sopot Wyścigi z której dojedziemy np. do Gdańska.
Naczynia w kuchni bardzo podstawowe, widać że długo używane są na nich rysy i ciemnie plany. Za mało kubków, brak małych miseczek. W szafce jest toster, ale zepsuty, suszarka na ubrania częściowo połamana niektóre druty do suszenia odpadły z ramy. Dobrze, że przeczytałam opinie innych użytkowników przed przyjazdem, bo nadal gospodarz zostawia tylko jeden ręcznik na cały pobyt.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, blisko sklep, 15min spacerkiem do plaży. Na plus ogródek i miejsce postojowe.
