Lighting in the bedroom was insufficient. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not functioning properly so the roll kept falling off. I booked and paid through Booking.com but the venue didn't receive payment as of the time I arrived so they charged my credit card as well. Now I have to fight to get them to credit my account. Makes me not want to use Booking.com or this venue again.
