It was in a very nice location, it was clean, it had most of the basics.

The property is a little more worn down and dated than the VRBO site pictures indicate, the picture seem fairly enhanced. There were four TV remotes for the living room television and no instructions as to how to use which one, for which function. It might be nice to have an index card with some basic Instructions like use, remote "A" for such and such. In the dining area, the rheostat does not work, so the light is either on very brightly or not at all. Lastly, just a day and a half or two before we were slated to check in, we got a last-minute contract to read and sign, which we did, but we really had no choice given how close to our check-in day we were. The fact we were already on the road traveling made reading it, signing it or taking the time to find another spot would've been a real burden. Not to mention, we were past our refund potential . That contract should go out much earlier in the process. If it did and I didn't see it which I doubt they need to let you know if they're not receiving it sooner.
