Nice place in a modern new building. Great location with plenty of options nearby. There was a garage available, although we didn’t need it. Public transport in Prague is excellent, and many interesting places are within walking distance.
There is a construction site across the street, and work starts around 6:30. We also caught the edge of the heat wave moving across Europe, and there is no AC in the building — although the structure itself is massive and stays relatively cool.

Drogi panie Martin, serdecznie dziękujemy za przygotowanie dla naszej rodziny apartamentu, widzieliśmy,że jest nowoczesny i dobrze urządzony,ale to co zastaliśmy przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania! Zadbał pan o każdy szczegół ,tak żeby niczego nam nie brakowało. Poczuliśmy się zaopiekowani widząc pościelone łóżko w salonie ,tego było potrzeba po zwiedzaniu pięknej Pragi. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
Małym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji, trafiliśmy na falę upałów i wentylacja była za słaba.

Das Apartment war sehr schön
Die Lage war Katastrophe. Genau neben dem gebäude entsteht ein neuer häuserblock. Hier ist es eine großangelegte dauerbaustelle mit schwerem Gerät. Von 6:30 bist Gen Abend ist man Teil der Baustelle und kann weder schlafen noch sich entspannen. Auf Anfrage des Vermieters, dass das nicht angegeben war bekam ich weder eine Minderung noch eine Reaktion. Bei dem Preis ist es in keinster Weise vertretbar und ich werde da nie wieder etwas buchen. Leider nicht gut
