Prague Days - One-bedroom Apartment with Workspace by Vltava River in Smíchov

Apartament bardzo ładny. Dobrze urządzony. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze urządzona jest w niej wszystko. W upalne dni było bardzo gorąco w mieszkaniu i wiatraki powinny być na wyposażeniu. Tv jest w mieszkaniu ale nic w nim nie odbiera( tak jak by go nie było)

W trakcie naszego pobytu był remont w kamienicy na przeciwko. Hałas był nie do wytrzymania( zaczynał się o 7 i kończył o 18). Wlaściciel mieszkania powinien poinformować o remoncie.

This apartment is in a perfect location if you are traveling by car, as it includes private parking. Before arriving, I didn't realize that free parking is almost impossible to find in Prague, making paid garages the only other option. The space is ideal for a family of four. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and there is a convenience store open until 23:00 right on the main road, which is perfect for buying basic supplies and breakfast items. Additionally, the brand-new washing machine was a huge plus for our laundry. In terms of public transport, the tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away, making it very easy to reach any part of Prague. This venue is absolutely perfect for autumn, winter, or spring when windows can stay closed. I would definitely return here during those seasons!

The beds were a bit saggy, which made them less comfortable. Also, the apartment does not have air conditioning, which can be quite frustrating during the unusual summer heat. Regarding the staff, the customer service was actually excellent, polite, and very prompt in their communication. However, I noticed one minor flaw. Their welcome message explicitly stated that a fan was available, but when we requested one, they simply replied that they would "try to find one for us," and nothing ever followed. While their responses were extremely courteous, in that specific moment they felt a bit empty and almost generated by an AI, especially since they surely knew how hot the apartment gets in August. Buying a basic €20 fan shouldn't be a massive investment for a rental property, so this was a tiny bit disappointing despite their overall great service. Additionally, there was some ongoing construction right in front of the building and on the street corner. This is obviously not the property's fault, and we were just unlucky with the timing. However, because of the heat, we had to keep the windows open. Since the apartment is centrally located, keeping the windows open also meant dealing with night-time noise from people passing by on the street. In any other season, with the windows closed, neither the construction nor the street noise would have been an issue at all, but for a summer stay, it wasn't ideal.

A very nice modern spacious apartment with high ceilings. Modern ikea equipment selected with style, I loved the Prague poster in the living room. Comfortable bed. Interesting elevator car park, first time for us!

There was a flat screen tv but nothing worked, no channels, no apps which was a pity because we wanted to watch the world cup. The property offered to reimburse us for a netflix sign up for one month, but the app that should mirror our phone would not work (we signed up to two apps, still didnt work). Spent lots of time on this and ended up not working. I couldnt find a shuffle to sweep the floor and i found the kitchen towel, dirty, in the washing machine, unwashed. The bedroom windows led into a courtyard with studios and was noisy at night, plus the light would go on automatically. But we were offered sleeping masks and ear plugs (I wondered why at first). Could be helped with darker blinds, also to secure the space when you open the window. Internet didnt work in the bedroom. Both sinks were clogged and water didnt flow.
