Very clean and roomy
Had issues with the AC on the first day, but the host fixed it immediately and left us a nice bottle of wine and some candy for the kiddos for the inconvenience

The inside was very well done and cute.
The outside around the pool could have been weeded as there was weeds growing between the stone work. The pool needs to be fixed as the bottom is chipped. There is also big cracks in the plaster outside. Obviously some care needs to be taken outside.

Location it's great. Number of rooms (3) and beds (5) great for the price. Everything you need for a family or couple is here. Also they answer questions quickly which is appreciated.
I'm only being nitpicky, but some behind the scenes cleaning is needed, e.g. the light fixtures need attention, and maybe better mattresses for the beds for better comfort, but overall a great stay.
