Great location, smooth check in process, superb info about the process in advance, very responsive with messages on WhatsApp.
A window would’ve been great for ventilation. I would reconsider the layout of some of the furniture in the room. I would remove the massive plastic plant in the corner and put a little corner table instead. I would use that to put all the cables and electric items instead. The plugs and cables were too close to the bed IMO. The WIFI was pretty weak same as the TV signal. Good for people who wants to disconnect from the digital world I guess.

Location is excellent. Very clean, has all that I needed. After the access concern, no problem at all. I got the quiet room that I requested. Actually, the design of the place is thoughtful and there was no funny smell at all. The room size is expected with many UK small hotels.
Access is a concern. Once got past that, it was fine. The name is Davenford Bankview, not Cotswold Bankview. There was no street number on the entrance door, and with a different name it is very hard to locate. I have to bother its neighbour to direct me there, which I shouldn't have to. I have problem with the lock box to the keys too although I finally got it opened.

It was very small . And the pictures made it look bigger. Felt like we was in a prison cell .specially the bathroom in same room
