Upscale Townhome w/ Stunning Rooftop Views

Location was excellent and perfect for our purposes. The property was clean and well-appointed. There is one-car garage parking in the alley behind the townhome. We were so busy, I only wish we had more time to chill on the rooftop deck, as it was very spacious and does afford the view in the description. The bathroom in the main bedroom was very nice. It's actually walking distance to Coors Field if you're okay with a 0.9 mile walk. There is a big Safeway grocery store only a block away, so grocery runs can be accomplished on foot easily.

Not much to dislike, honestly, but the garage is pretty small, so be advised a larger car would be hard to park in there unless you're really accurate. There are a ton of garbage cans in the alley where you enter the garage, so be advised, you'll want to move them before attempting the maneuver.

The townhouse was clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and large televisions. It fit our needs and was very spacious. We found the townhouse to include many little items that you would need when staying in a house, so that was a bonus! It was easy to find and easy to access. Another plus was the communication with the owners. They always got back to me in a reasonable and timely manner, and answered all questions I had to my satisfaction. I even told the friends that I was travelling with that I was impressed with that.

The only thing we are not sure about is the location. The location was great in terms of proximity to downtown and places like restaurants, markets and the baseball diamond (as they were a 10 minute drive/30 minute walk), however as only women, we did not feel safe walking to those places on this trip. Having said that, we were new to Denver and cannot conclude that we were staying in a 'not so great' neighbourhood.

We loved everything, the location, comfortable beds, clean modern kitchen, rooftop terrace and wonderful communication from the hosts. Will definitely return!
