Hillside Elegance

La pulizia e l’ubicazione sono sicuramente i punti più a favore. La stanza, nonostante le dimensioni contenute (di cui comunque eravamo a conoscenza), era accogliente e dotata di tutto. La colazione servita al ristorante/bar, tramite scelta dal menu alla carta, era di ottima qualità. Consigliata

Un piccolo appunto solo alla doccia in quanto, essendo walk-in, esce un po’ d’acqua lavandosi ma tutto gestibile.

Breakfast is included, and it is awesome. You can choose one protein (egg/ham, in scrambled, omelet, or other forms), plus other items such as yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee, etc. That is why it's a great price/value: otherwise, the daily rate is somewhat high, but then this is Santorini. The location works well if you have a rental car to explore the rest of the island. We never walked into Fira town; we visited whenever we took the rental car elsewhere, but I guess it is about a 15-minute walk from Fira's main shopping and restaurants. The place is co-located with the Fusionelle restaurant, where you can check in at any time because the staff is available all day. The staff at the restaurant is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. We got lots of tips on where to eat and how to visit Oia (e.g., we were wondering whether it makes sense to take our car there and find parking, and they totally encouraged us to do so; we did, and it turned out just fine and spared us yet another tour).

Localização, limpeza, conforto, qualidade

The location was convenient and the room itself was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Check‑in communication was smooth and everything was ready when we arrived.

We didn’t realise Hillside Elegance isn’t actually a hotel - they allocate apartments around the area, which wasn’t clear when booking. The shower and toilet are combined in one small space, which made it feel a bit cramped and not very practical. Overall, it was an average stay and not quite what we expected.
