Newly renovated. Nice clean shower. Comfortable beds, Working A/C, Friendly Staff, No bugs in bed or on floors.
A lot of crumbs on the floor and a "roach killer".. on the floor behind the bed. Also curtains do not keep light out well. Hot food wasnt really 'hot' even after coming straight from the warming plate.

The property was clean
I never got my room cleaned and I talked to housekeeping about cleaning it. My room had an unpleasant smell. The light switch was taped and the light wouldn't stay on.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were initially assigned a third-floor room, which was difficult for us since there is no elevator. As soon as I contacted the front desk, they quickly moved us to a first-floor room. I really appreciated their prompt response and excellent customer service.
The hotel had a noticeable odor in some areas that smelled old, damp, or musty. The breakfast was also not very appealing. My biggest concern was the lack of an elevator. Guests, including families with children and multiple suitcases, had to carry everything up several flights of stairs, which was inconvenient and difficult.
