Acciaiuoli Penthouse Florence Terrace View

The apartment was even better than it looked online. It is finished to the highest standard, very creatively furnished and includes everything you could want. There was even a wine chiller with wine to purchase at very reasonable prices. Nicoletta and Alessio were brilliant hosts, we didn't actually meet them due to a clash of engagements but they were easily reached via WhatsApp and very helpful and responsive. We were met on arrival by one of their friends who was accompanied by a porter, which we hadn't expected, who took up the luggage to the apartment. this was so very helpful and much appreciated. The location was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio so just about everything was, therefore, with in walking distance. Not forgetting the wonderful roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and countryside and a lovely place to end the day watching the sun set. The apartment made the difference between having a good holiday and a great one, having the space to feel at home and relax when not sight seeing and also to do some cooking and have a break from restaurants. We can't overstate how much we enjoyed the apartment. Thank you very much Nicoletta and Alessio for the use of your wonderful home and is an unforgettable part of a memorable time in Florence.

Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Gorgeously appointed. Located in the middle of everything. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go in 5-10 minutes. Stores and restaurants right on our street. The view from the rooftop is like no other. Once in a lifetime stay with a beautiful, helpful, kind host family ready to help with any questions or arrangements. It does not get better than this for your Florence experience.

This place was exceptional, easily one of the best places we're stayed. The location is perfect, central but quiet. The flat was amazing: super clean, comfortable, luxurious and a view from every window....and the terrace....fabulous. Nicoletta was a great hostess from the start: responsive, kind, efficient and thought of things we'd need. It's hard to really put into words how fabulous this flat is. Also there is mineral water on tap which pleased us greatly. Book it.

Honestly there wasn't anything to not like. I could have done with a little stool to reach the higher cupboards as I'm short. I even liked all the stairs as it was great exercise.

This property is exceptional in every way. Well appointed and recently renovated, very clean and centrally located in a great neighborhood less than a 10 minute walk to all Firenze landmarks. The roof top terrace is remarkable oasis with breathtaking views of the Duomo and the city. You'll be walking a LOT in Firenze and the 5 flights of stairs are a good substitute from time you are missing at the gym while on holiday! Absolutely worth it.

Better directions on using the heat. The owner was VERY responsive and we should have asked sooner!!
