Disaster. The check in was agreed at 3 PM. I got a message only at 3.20 PM about how to enter the properrty. Then I was told that I could enter only at 4 PM. Lost 1 hour in waiting and NOT what was agreed. The communication overall was very very poor, almost non existing and the landlord is NOT answering the messages from me nor from booking com. The worst landlord experience in my 15 years or using a booking. com!
no comms from the landlord, delayed check in for 1 hour! not a fair play . I was not sure if the whole booking was a scam or NOT and had to call 3 times booking. com customer service.

L'hôte était communicatif et ponctuel. Il m'a attendu pour que je lui remette les clés en personne. Tout s'est déroulé comme prévu.
L'appartement est infesté de cafards, ce qui me met mal à l'aise et me dégoûte... Je suis désolé(e), mais veuillez faire quelque chose pour vous débarrasser de ces cafards et désinfecter cet appartement.
