It was the best home we've ever stayed in. Perfect for a family. Lots of space with everything you need and with amazing views in a very quiet peaceful area. 2 minutes away was the best coffee at Cockle Bay coffee cart and where we met lots of locals on the beach and they were super friendly. We have had the best family holiday. It wasn't too far to travel from here to Auckland zoo, Kelly Tarlton & Rainbows End either e 😀

Location was good. We had a lot of problems with booking.com 4 days prior to booking in. Not fault of owners who were helpful unlike booking.com. They nearly lost business as a result of booking.com inefficiency.
Sofa in lounge not good. Coffee machine not good. Decking was on tired.

Location.
There were dirty towels left in the ensuite draw, the floor was sticky with a brown mess, and the tea towels had an unpleasant smell. The gym space was also in a poor state, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to using it but chose not to because of its condition.
