The room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast is a disappointment as it is not run by the hotel (just the 2nd floor shabu buffet restaurant) and way over priced for what was served. Skip the hotel breakfast and just head on to nearby brunch cafes and get your money's worth.

The location is great and the room is spacious with a nice ocean view. However, I would not recommend the Korean Traditional Style room type. I've stayed in Korean traditional rooms with floor-style mattresses at several different accommodations before, but I've never encountered such a thin mattress. It was extremely thin and felt almost no different from sleeping directly on the floor.
The TV comes with access to some movies and TV series, but they are at additional costs. It would be much better if the hotel provided a smart TV with access to YouTube instead.
The front desk staff were also rather unfriendly and came off as cold.

for a hotel which is just in front of the ocean, the price is sooooo reasonable!!! the view is beautiful! the room is so spacious. the bed is so comfy. bathroom with a bathtub. got an amazing experience here! the staff is helpful too.

Stayed for the bts concert. Prices were 4x the usual. Kinda pricey. A little bit far from the train station so if you plan to travel using that good to take into consideration. If you wanna stay in the area of gwangalli and chill this is one of the best hotels though. Staff is nice enough. If you’re travelling with elderly remember theres no ramp so ull have to carrybyour baggage like 10 steps up. Would stay again during off season
