Stayed here before, knew what to expect
Good location for beach, quiet park, lovely pool and great local facilities
Shower drain was blocked, used drain unblocker but hair catcher needed a good clean

The Chalet was very easy to find, was in a lovely location, very small minor issues with some fixtures and fittings but nothing that really affected our stay. Host responded quickly to anything that we had to report. Host was very friendly and accomodating before and during our stay. Kids bedroom had lots of storage and shelves. Loved the fact there was a washing machine for convienence especially when you have children.
The main bedroom could do with some storage and a new bed base. I would advise updating the welcome pack to actually be for the Chalet and Park we stayed on. It would be very helpful if instructions on how to use the appliances (cooker hob, oven & raidiators ect...) was available as we were unfamiliar and had to google the manuals. When supplying things for the stay it would be helpful if they were labled as to what they were (Washing up liquid, hand soap and something elce i wasnt sure what it was)

Instructions for appliances hob wouldn’t work even with detailed video on you tube. TV behind a picture didn’t know it was there until I found remote! Settee dirty! I don’t know about letting dogs on it I needed to buy throws before I would sit on it !all facilities listed are on a different site 20 min walk away,. On site nice outdoor pool ! On the positives beds towels bedding clean shower. Lovely Ive stayed a loads of booking .com places both at home and abroad and never left a bad review !! Didn’t complain at time because I don’t like confrontation and by a previous review sounded very confrontational!!
