Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California and only a 5 minute stroll to an un-spoilt beach this immaculately presented chalet forms part of a complex of 3 adjoining chalets.
The chalet has a lounge of modern neutral design and two matching sofas for relaxation with an adjoining well-equipped kitchen

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The front-facing double bedroom has a quality mattress and memory foam topper to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom in 144 can be set up as a single or a twin bedded room with a full sized single bed with superior mattress with it's own 2' 6"pull-out bed
A family bathroom with an electric over-bath shower completes the light and airy feel in a sleek and stylish fashion.
As part of complex of 3 adjoined chalets this offers the ideal solution for the larger group or family and equally perfect for the small family wanting a coastal holiday or for couples looking to get away from it all.
There is ample parking to the side and rear of the property with an open communal lawn to the front.
We have included a Smart TV/DVD in the lounge and a TV/DVD in the back bedroom. An assortment of games, DVD's and books complete your choice of home entertainment.

A clean, unspoilt sandy beach awaits you within a five minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again.
From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad that offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish.
A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motor boat or take advantage of the excursion boats.
Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures

We stayed at 144 from Monday 24th :May 2021. The property was easy to locate and very close to a nice quiet beach. We were unable to use the bar entertainment & pool because we took our small dog and didn’t want to leave her alone. There was a bar near our chalet with seating outside but this didn’t open until just before we left.
When we arrived, we were unable to connect to the internet, but Margo sorted this the next day with no further issues.
I was a little disappointed because the advert mentioned a welcome pack, but we didn’t receive this, which wasn’t an issue because we took our own anyway, but is something is being offered then it should be available. Also the advert mentioned DVD’s & games, there were non of these either.
The kettle leaked when pouring due to the scale filter missing.
When we arrived we soon noticed ants in the living room area, we reported this and were told the outsider of the chalet would get treated, this wasn’t completed for the duration of our 4 night stay.
We also didn’t realise once used the electricity the owner had pre credited of £10 was used we needed to then insert £1 coins to keep electric on. We didn’t see it say this in the advert. Due to this unfortunately we probably wouldn’t return.
