There is a private outside parking space assigned to the appartment which is located on the 4th floor of a newly built high-rise building and can be reached by elevator. Just next door, there is a grocery store and a few restaurants in walking distance. The appartment has adequate furnishing, but expect no luxury. The kitchen is quite small but overall suitable. Contact with Enzo was easy and friendly (via WhatsApp and personal).
Unfortunately, there is no sunshade / sunblind on the balcony. While it would be nice to have lunch or dinner outside or just relax on the balcony, it gets really hot on sunny days.
Could not use Netflix on the smart TV as there was already an account connected but without the password; unable to connect with own account or delete the other one; TV set only offers basic features - I recommend replacing it with a more suitable device for a rented appartment.

Very convenient location to visit Salerno & the Campania region in general.
Supermarket next door, protected parking space
Very nice and spacious apartment with a big terrace with evening sun.
Restaurant & bar options in the close area of the appartment are limited , as the apartment complex is a bit outside the city center of Salerno.
