The owners are super friendly and polite, I couldn't have been made to feel more welcomed. Breakfast was I included which I wasn't expecting, it's nothing fancy but for the price is a pretty good deal and perfectly edible. It's white nice waking up to have breakfast in the lawn.
One evening we did yoga on the lawn which was wonderful. The owners can organize a private session if you request it. There is a really good beach bar / restaurant within a short walk which I highly recommend. Parking is available on site and there is a fish restaurant near by that backs into the harbor (I don't recommend it).
Definitely would consider staying there again and it's fairly close to the airport. One thing to consider is the accommodations is a bit like a motel style with a room / external seating / pool but no restaurant and bar onsite like a large hotel might have. That said, there is a corner shop down the road if you fancy some drinks during your say or you can go to the beach bar, so perhaps it's not much of a loss.

Amazing property very tranquil very little around in the immediate location but for a 20min walk away theres plenty the number 7 bus also takes you too town and only costs 2.50 euros

Marius is a keeper, he was one of the most helpful people we have ever met. He was into everything, good daily tours around Corfu, keeping the pools and place clean, carrying luggage etc. etc.
