We had a great stay. The building is located in the Zona Centro right next to the Mercado Central. You are on the edge of the Centro with easier walking access to other parts and easy Taxi/Uber pickup. The apt was very clean and the AC worked great.
The building does have some bars and restaurants street level. If you don’t keep Spanish hours I’d recommend a sound machine for sleeping although bar noise was not too bad. I would also recommend paying for extra towel service as the towels are thin.
Overall a very comfortable stay.
