A great little apartment right by the waterfront, easy walking access to lots of restaurants and town centre. We really enjoyed our stay. Had all the basics except for tea. Easiest way to find it was entering the apartment block via the glass door on Viaduct Harbour Ave, at the corner with Customs Street West.

The apartment was reasonably priced, quite large, clean and well presented. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. The only reason for a four star rather than five star rating is that the location, while central, was also quite noisy at night (from cars and people), even with the windows closed. It was then a little stuffy and warm overnight, even though the weather was quite cool (there was no air conditioning available). Otherwise the apartment was very nice.

Overall was a good place to stay, really affordable and location was amazing. Was a little bit confusing finding the apartment but once we found it, it had everything we needed for our stay.
