Conveniently close to nature walks, bicycle trails, golfing, beach and water sports and shopping. Neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and highly desirable for walks.

Kitchen furnished with fridge, stove top and oven, coffee maker and microwave oven, and a cozy dining and sitting area. Washer and dryer included in the unit for ultimate convenience. Such a great location, out of the way of everything, it still so close. It felt very secluded and romantic, but State street was just 10 minutes away, no matter the time of day.

What a lovely restful property! Very quiet with gorgeous views. The kitchen was great. The owners had just installed a new sink and stove. We took advantage of Santa Barbara’s great organic grocery stores and made delicious dinners which we ate outside as the sun set. The stay was just what the doctor ordered.

It is a very quiet area, a great host, and enjoyed the numerous native mature live oak trees with impressive mountain views
