What a lovely home with an excellent location. It was easy to go in any direction, great for a bicyclist. The city bus was just a block away to take us to the film festival easily. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the laundry appliances were especially nice. The house was so easy to keep clean.Great place for a couple or a family with two children. We could easily walk to Trader Joe's and a favorite, the Chicken Ranch cafe.

Very nice place, just like the pictures. We were in town for a wedding and this worked out perfectly. Owner communication was good, no complaints.Stayed there with another adult couple. The main bath is off of the master bedroom, which was a little bit of an awkward arrangement. Would be great for a family wth young children.

I stayed here for three nights, It was extremely clean a beautiful home, very easy to access is near a lot of very good food and coffee, shops, and is a 10 minute drive from the beach, it was very easy to get a hold of the property manager. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it. 100%

I was having eye surgeries so I stayed at this property for a month. It is in a wonderful location and met all of my needs. Spacious kitchen w/ Washer/Dryer.Large living area. Navigating stairs was a bit difficult for me so I slept on the fold out sofa which was very comfortable. Alexis the owner was quick to respond to my questions.
