All guests staying at Solterra Resort must pay a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee if they wish to enjoy the Amenities throughout their stay.
The fee can only be paid using a credit or debit card via SQUARE; cash payment will not be accepted. The fee is charged per house per reservation and grants access to the resort's amenities.
Upon payment, guests will receive a Resort Access Card (limited to 2 cards per party) for entry to the pool area and a monthly 4-digit code for gym access. Guests must carry this card with them on the pool deck for verification by staff. For after-hours check-ins, guests will receive car passes from the guard gate and must visit the clubhouse during operating hours to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee for pool access the following day.

• 1-12 Guests $35
• 13+ Guests $45
Community amenities include clubhouse with a lazy river, clubhouse, waterslide, playground, poolside cabanas, Cafe Sol Poolside Bar & Grill, and resort style pool with beach like entry.

A valid Driver's License is required at check-in.

Supplies:
**We offer a starter kit for the home, including dish soap, 2 trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, bath essentials.
Please note that additional supplies may be required for your stay. We provide only single items to kickstart your stay.
Pet Policy:
** This property does not allow pets. Please be aware that if an unauthorized pet is discovered in the home, we will request its immediate removal and levy an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.
Pool Policy:
** Pool heating is not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
The heaters are programmed to maintain a temperature of 86°F for proper chemical balance, which typically takes 24-48 hours to achieve. Once the pool reaches the desired temperature, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain it. However, if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will automatically shut off until conditions improve, as colder weather can impact its ability to keep the pool warm.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in pool heating caused by equipment issues or weather conditions. We encourage guests to review the weather forecast prior to their stay. If cooler temperatures are expected, you may wish to reconsider or cancel the pool heat option accordingly.

1. Supervise kids and inexperienced swimmers
2. Ensure swim ability; use floatation devices for non-swimmers.
3. No diving; check water level before going in.
4. No running around the pool area.

Nice house! I was skeptical at first due to limited reviews but the communication was top tier. The front door is basically made of glass and you could see through the house. I reached out someone was sent within the hour to address and resolve my concerns.

House was clean and well suited for our family. Spacious and comfortable. Could use some new pots and pans but we made it work. Disappointed the hot tub was not properly working but those things happen and the rental company was helpful. The only complaint I have is you have to pay a fee to use the Solterra Facilities, including the pool. All worth the money.
