The neighborhood was safe and the location was just a small travel to beach areas and a dog park. (although not anything close to "private beach access" as shown in the title). The layout of the property was good with bedrooms on each side offering a bit of privacy. There has been a bit of damage to fences and gates which could use a bit of work beyond the temporary fixes. Plenty of kitchen supplies to use. The grill outside was rusty and we were not able to use it.
