Newly renovated home with heated salt water pool, and hot tub. Close to beaches, modern and inviting with private pool and two king size beds.
Come and enjoy this newly remodeled and private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops.
With a 8 minute car drive, you can reach Manasota Key beach; several other beaches are nearby as well.
The house has a brand new, Sunny western exposure, salt water heated pool as well as stand alone jacuzzi (open October to April). Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen enclosure covering the entire area.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Both bedrooms have king size beds (Guest Master is Firm memory foam). Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (medium-firm spring/foam hybrid) with a direct entry to patio/pool area. Bedrooms are in opposite sides of the house (separated by kitchen and living room area) for added privacy. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The living room area has a sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed.
Garage with automatic door will keep your car dry and cool.
Just a few additional but important items for you to have while you stay at this house:
- high speed internet
- TV in living room (Roku smart)
- beach chairs
- beach umbrella
- beach toys
- beach towels
-outdoor grill
- for those staying with small children, we can provide pack-n-play, toys and books upon request
No smoking inside or by the pool area. Parking in garage or on driveway only. No parties / events.
The Spa is not available for use during the hot months of May-September for safety and will be locked. Please do not attempt to unlock and use the spa.

Excellent stay! Perfectly appointed house for our vacation, so close to Manasota Key and other Venice beaches. We loved it! The pool and deck are so private and tropical and the beach supplies were an awesome addition.

We had the BEST time ever at Casa Coco! The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed (plus so much more). I’m very picky about hot tubs and this hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Having the enclosed patio was such a bonus with the pool. Unfortunately we came in on the coldest time ever and couldn’t use the pool, but boy did I try! I jumped in a few times and it was lovely and warm (just not warm enough outside). Thank you so much for our stay, we will be coming back!

This was one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. Everything was just as pictured. The owners have thought of everything. The property was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean and well heated as was the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication was flawless. We would definitely stay again.

Our 5th stay at the Casa Coco and we are already planning for next year! Chester and Aneta's place is so nicely appointed - everything you need for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. The space is bright and modern and spotless! Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Venice, the area feels very secure.
