Matt was an incredible host. He offered great communication, hospitality, and was awesome with my dog too! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to the conversations and company with Matt and some of his friends.
As for the space, it was cozy and had everything we needed and Matt was available upstairs if there was anything we did need. The rain shower in the bathroom is really nice. The cows are so cute, we saw them over the fence but they didn’t come too close. And the outdoor deck with the fire was beautiful. Perfect for hanging after a night out! Great spot in the area, you won’t regret it.

We feel that the space is good for what it is, however, it should be more clear that this space is a basement in a larger house where someone resides.
My husband and I were under the assumption the since this was a Vrbo, we would not have anyone else in the space. Technically, that is true, but we did not feel comfortable staying in an area where our things and potentially us were accessible from the main part of the house.
If you are expecting that, we feel that this property is perfect for you. We just did not feel comfortable even though the owner said they would be gone during our stay.
My husband and I were looking forward to a little getaway while he is deployed, and instead we were met with a situation that put us in an awkward position.
