You’ll want the king master suite for yourself, with its direct hot tub access, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and bath with its own soaking tub, but with two additional bedrooms, you can invite guests to join you in this attractive home. Situated on a large lot with an outdoor meadow studded with pines, Plover 5 has terrific outdoor space: in addition to the hot tub, you’ll find a barbecue, a picnic table with a shade umbrella, and lots of seating, from a settee to chaise lounges. Stroll to the end of the cul-de-sac to sit and enjoy the Deschutes River at sunset. The expansive great room includes a wood-burning, rock-faced fireplace, wet bar, Smart TV, and plush sectionals that invite you to gather, rest and relax. Two dining spaces, each with a bay window looking out to the pine woods, complement the fully equipped kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, half-round window, tile floor, and stainless appliances. A full laundry room gives you space to wash suits after trips to the SHARC aquatic center in the middle of the resort.
Jump on bikes in the garage to pedal and enjoy various bike trails, or head to the shopping, dining, and multiple outdoor activities of Sunriver, including water sports, golf, and horseback riding.
