Villa Adhémar is located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, 1 km from the historic centre of La Garde-Adhémar.
This magnificent 400 m² property is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of vegetation and can comfortably accommodate 20 people. The Villa is located on a hill in a dominant position and offers a view of the Ardèche mountains.
This place is perfect for meeting up with friends or family and creating unforgettable memories in Drôme Provençale in the land of Lavender.
Description of the accommodation:
* Main house of 280 m² composed of a very large living room of 115 m² with open kitchen, dining room for 20 people and superb cathedral living room of 7 m high. On the first floor (with 1 functioning) 4 bedrooms with shower room and private toilet in each bedroom, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with toilet.
* Two cottages adjoining the house of 50 m² and 70 m² each with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms-wc and kitchen area.
In total you have 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 11 toilets.
Villa Adhémar is set on a plot of 1.5 hectares. It has a large private parking lot and a Mediterranean garden of 1000 m² surrounding the swimming pool. In this fenced garden, you have a shaded petanque court.
The 100 m² terrace is decorated with an outdoor table for 20 people and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). Its western exposure will allow you to admire magnificent sunsets.
The 300 m² swimming pool area is perfectly secure. The salt pool is composed of a small pool with a depth of 0.30 m to 0.60 m as well as a large pool with a depth of up to 1.70 m. The 16 sunbeds, the 4 armchairs and the shaded pool house with ping-pong table allow you to take full advantage of the sunny days of the Drôme Provençale.
Villa Adhémar is ideal for spending stays with family or friends as well as for the organization of business seminars.
Bed linen and towels are provided (bring pool towels). Possibility of having 2 cots for baby and 2 high chairs (to be specified when booking). Free WIFI access.
