When you book this house, you'll receive eight SHARC passes for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Sunriver Resort offers numerous entertaining shared amenities, including heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, waterslides, and sports facilities.
This spectacular escapade boasts a welcoming open floor plan on the second level featuring high vaulted ceilings, wooden accents throughout, and a partially carpeted floor. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with snug sofas strategically located in front of a wood-burning fireplace and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. Curl up in front of the warmth of the fireplace to host entertaining movie nights or catch up on your favorite series. This is also a fantastic spot to play board games with family and friends! When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials to channel your inner chef. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this location. The good things about this house were one, location on a quiet street, two, a children’s room with games and toys, three, a well equipped kitchen, four, a light and airy upstairs living space, five, a location within walking distance of the SHARC pool(twenty minutes), six, three bicycles and helmets, seven, a clean and functional house. The only criticism I have is that this house might be difficult for people with mobility issues. There are stairs one needs to use to enter the house as well as stairs between the living space and the bedrooms. There were five of us staying in the house, four adults and one child,, in the space worked well for us.

The house was nice and I would totally stay there again. Good separation of living space and bedrooms. For the most part, I would say it had most of the items you would expect for a vacation rental. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit with our family and there was a great supply of board games also. Having the SHARC passes was a big deal for us and was one of the reasons why we chose the house. It was a really good location to access many of the amenities of Sunriver. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is to provide a snow shovel for guests to use, also it would be a good idea to let potential guest know that they should plan to bring their own wood/kindling to use the fireplace.

Nice comfortable house w bedrooms and baths downstairs and kitchen family area up stairs. It was clean and had everything we needed.
