3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home is like new, beautiful, spacious and clean with furnishings exactly as pictured. Bedrooms were very comfortable with TVs, ceiling fans, and ample drawer and closet space to unpack and settle in. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes but no spices found if you plan on cooking in. Also, plenty of bath and pool towels. However, there were limited paper towel and toilet paper supplies, and limited number of pods for the washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The disappointments we experienced and the primary reasons for 4/5 star rating: (1) We paid extra (in advance) to heat the pool and hot tub but found both cold on arrival day. After several follow ups, a local manager came to the home on the afternoon of Day 2 of our stay to turn it on. It was then that we learned that only the hot tub is heated. The pool was too cold for use during our mid-March stay. I have asked for a 1.5 day heat fee refund, waiting to hear back. (2) The outdoor gas grill tanks were empty. We declined their offer to go fill them ourselves and a full tank was provided on the afternoon of Day 2.
