Are you planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains? Look no further than our Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 2 Story Gatlinburg Condo! Listen to the sounds of Roaring Fork Creek off your balcony which also overlooks the swimming pool. Master bedroom with king bed, additional bedroom with 1 queen bed. Relaxing Living Room with fireplace also has a sleeper sofa. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. On-Site laundry just down the stairs from the unit. This condo is nonsmoking and no pets allowed. 1 parking space .

Everything we needed was there. Loved having the room to move around unlike hotels. Loved having the kitchen to cook breakfast in. The beds are so comfortable. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the master bathroom could use some extra light. Kinda dark when in the shower. But that wouldn’t stop us from coming back to stay here. We would definitely come back!!

Property was clean and appeared well maintained.
Communication with the host was fine as he was responsive to my questions. A few subtleties: This condo has two floors, so for those physically challenged it may be an issue. Second, the first floor was entirely a slate/tile floor, which is less comfortable than carpet. Third, the second bathroom was on the first floor away from the second bedroom upstairs so you had to climb back up the stairs after using. Fourth, no laundry in the condo as advertised, though there may have been a central laundry for the condos that I did not find. Fifth, no shampoo that some condo owners provide, and only a small hand soap bar. The electric fireplace gave off almost no heat. No automatic icemaker in the fridge.
We ended up buying some ice as we were picnicing in the Smokies. TV/entertainment system was good. In general, this was an older condo that had been remodeled so was nice enough - I would probably stay there again - but, certainly not up to the standards of newer condos.
