I liked the keyless entry. I loved being literally on a stream. Great location. I thought it was a cute room, perfect for just the 2 of us. Great water pressure.

No fan in bathroom. Take your own pillows. Our unit had steep steps that someone might not be able to manage (we were fine though)

The electronic keypad was broke so I have to call the property manager how to get in and that was a pain in the but. And the AC was extremely loud but those were the only bad things really.

Best place to stay , especially for the money

One of the best, if not THE best places we have ever stayed! We had the King room with a balcony and it was immaculate when we arrived! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cups, Dish soap, pot holders, even a mini blender, full sized stove, microwave and spacious refrigerator. But the best feature for us, was the amazing Keurig coffee maker that made a 12 cup pot and also took k cups. Definitely at the top of my Christmas list now. The bed was so comfortable, best 3 nights of sleep we have ever gotten when away from home. The balcony over the creek was our favorite spot, we spent a good deal of our down time out there, listening to the water flow down the creek bed. This also made for a very soothing sleep! The shower had superb water pressure and the water was nice and hot. There were plenty of places to plug things in, the lighting in the bathroom was nice and bright, the towels were large, soft and fluffy. The rooms was super cute, giving a cabin feel. Seriously have no complaints. It was close to everything yet felt very private. This is more like an Airbnb, at check in time, Aiden, the property manager, will text you a code for your door and give you instructions on how to get to your unit. We will definitely stay here again, the value was good and we were so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Side note...my daughter and her fiancé stayed in another unit and said they also loved it.

No outlets in the bathroom. Floors were uneven. Ceiling was caving in. Vanity was broken.Not well lit outside, we felt very uncomfortable staying there so we left. I do not recommend staying here!

The room was disgusting. Like there was even an attempt to clean. I contacted the owner with photos and asked for a clean room or a partial refund. NO RESPONSE. Their was hair all over, a wash rag left in the shower from the previous guest because our rags were gray. Overall very displeased.

The unknown name place

I loved the location of the place .It was quite and mostly clean except the baloney had lots of spider webs. Adein was very helpful with getting us what we needed!

The bed was very uncomfortable .I don't care for memory foam.Maybe a topper would help.

Terrible stay

A little Close to Downtown Gatlinburg

Checked out after 1 night! Paid for 4 nights! Terrible stay. Room had dust at bottom of head board... sneezing all night allergy to dust. Noise from AC prevented us from a good nights sleep plus the noise from cars on highway just steps away from our room.Night stand light didn't work on my side of bed. There was no soap to shower. Had to call manager.. stated it was not their problem but if I insisted he would come to bring for my stay. The kureig coffee maker had no k-cups thanks God I had brought my own but water in maker I had to clean as there were black spots( bacteria build up)in reservoir from not being cleaned.i even texted Aiden that we were checking out next day and he never called or texted back as to why? I feel I should have been compensated for monies paid and only stayed 1 night. I will definitely not stay here in future. There are many other places to stay that include breakfast and you can walk thru town. Our stay here we had to drive a short distance to town! I don't know why they call this "Newely Remodeled Hotel Gatlinburg" The place is Small inside.. not a comfortable mattress ... no place to store your clothing.. small table for 2!

Handy location but noisy with the road

Good access for the National Park

I was in Cabin 1 which was literally on the road. The traffic noise was really loud, even through the night which meant I didn’t get much sleep. The WiFi was patchy at best, maybe the hub is too far from the cabin. Also I couldn’t get the water much above cold.

I liked the little stream running by the doorway entrance and that we saw a bear in the creek. One big room, roomy. King size bed.

No signage to know we were at the right place. There was no office or staff to check in with. Received a message with code to the door. 2 rolls of tp for 4 days/4nights, 2 towels, 2 washcloths; noone to see for more; we had to buy more. 1 sheet, 1 thin blanket, no extras and no one to get more from. 3 pillows for bed; we had to go buy more. Coffee pot, but no coffee or napkins. No chairs, just a bed, table and 4 small stools. Beer bottle cap, pizza crust found in floor and leftover food in fridge. No ice trays or anyone to ask or place to get one.

Filthy exterior, no entry contrast with interior remodel

Inside: newly remodeled, new big smart TV/ appliances, nice floor, good location outside downtown gridlock. Lacking were sufficient outlets near bed (I’m grounded power strip on one side).

Filthy entranceway, so gross you want to jump over to avoid nasty deteriorated rug. In rain, this would turn into a toxic soup. Ugly exterior, poorly patched roof… a shocking contrast to the remodeled interior. No closet or even hooks for hanging clothes. Shower curtain literally touched toilet. Tiny, used toiletry bottles. Ceiling light had one out of four working bulbs. Freezer needed defrosting. Worst was that we couldn’t initially get in! Had to call manager; he said keypad had low battery and he let us in remotely. He said someone to deliver a key while we were gone, which exposed us security wise since we had to leave to go to dinner. Someone needs to inspect keypads to ensure proper working condition. I hinted to manager that entryway could use sweeping when we contact him him about keypad. Nothing was done. It wouldn’t take that much effort to clean up the exterior and replace the battery.

Aidan, the property manager was really responsive with any questions and needs I had. The room was much larger than I expected which I appreciated. The fridge was a great size which I appreciated and there was plenty of room for my things. I had a great stay.

The only downside was that the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and the lights in the bathroom above the sink didn’t turn on. The bathroom sink was also a bit wonky. But otherwise really cute comfortable place :) I would definitely stay again

A disappointing stay in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Totally not what we were expecting, it's a tiny space right on a busy main road (we unluckily got room 1 - others were further back). It was loud outside & we had to use the aircon unit to drown out the noise. There was no space for our luggage, you have to keep putting it on & off the bed - so for a weekend visitor with a small bag - maybe ok. No space for your stuff in the bathroom either & after a very wet walk in the Great Smoky Mountains - nowhere to try to dry stuff out. The so-called kitchenette had 2 cups only & 2 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. No cutlery or plates or anything yet it had a fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Well out of town but there is a free shuttle bus & a few places to eat nearby.

I have never been as content in any other place as I was the 3 days and 4 nights as I was there.

The location. Just a couple of miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Easy access in and out. The best part was how quiet and private the property is. The next best part is the no hassle with signing in and filling out paperwork before entering your room. Everything is done through texting to the management with your questions or needs. Management responds quickly and is very polite. The apartment was the most clean and updated than any hotel room I’ve ever been in. It was like a small little cabin perfect for two people. The layout was perfect. Has a full size coffee maker and a nice size apartment fridge that kept your food nice and cold. I was totally impressed with the room and its layout. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I have never felt more at home and comfortable in any hotel room like I did in this beautiful little apartment. The bed was the most comfortable of beds. The woodwork was pleasant to look at and I would most definitely stay there again. Last but not least, the cost was affordable and worth every cent.

Love the sound of the stream running by and the convenience of the location. The mattress was also quite comfortable.
