This property of over 240m2 can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms).
The four bedrooms measure 20m2.
Ground floor:
- Living room with fireplace, large sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with NETFLIX and speakers.
- Dining room adjoining the living room with large dining table.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, raclette machine and dining table.
- Utility room adjoining the kitchen with storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140cm), storage space and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140cm), single mattress, desk, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 3 with double bed (140cm), storage space, study area and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 4 with 160cm bed, storage space and en-suite bathroom.
- 12m2 study
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
- Heated swimming pool (April to October).
