Felix was very helpful when I needed to reach out to find the house (I typed the wrong address into GPS, not his fault in the slightest). The house was very comfortable and clean. My draw back was the lack of TV's in the bedrooms, I'm someone who is used to sleeping with the TV on. He does live upstairs, so occasionally you'll hear some noise above, but it was never to loud to be distracting and it wasn't late at night either. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience — we would definitely stay here again!

Extremely happy with my stay. House was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, with a home away from home feel. Host was very friendly and attentive to any needs. Close to everything in Louisville. I would highly recommend this place to others. 10/10
