2024 Renovated Home located in a super convenient location. Easy access to highways. Minutes to the MSP airport, the Mall of America, & Downtown Minneapolis.
Target, Cafes', Groceries & many restaurant's nearby. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Veteran's Park is within walking distance for hiking, mini golf or the two 25-yard lap swimming pool.

NO PARTIES, CONFETTI, narrow streamers or other small celebration items as it's very difficult for cleaners to thoroughly clean. Also please do not re-arrange furniture. Thank you!

It was a 5-10 min drive to Mall of America, which was great! Food options, walmart, target within 10-15min drive. Only downsides were beds were VERY firm, didn't have some kitchen items, bedrooms were alittle smaller than seemed in pics, and we were only given 1 garbage bag (fintwereothers

Great Communication with host - Easy to enter. Two large TVs for entertainment. It could use some more chairs in the basement, and bedside tables on both sides of the bed. Tasteful furnishings and everything seemed brand new. Very safe neighborhood and our own driveway to park.I assume this is a newer listing on VRBO and the owners are going to stock up on extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the couch and washcloths for the cold Minnesota winters. Has a coffee maker and filters for hot coffee in the morning or Caribou Coffee is right around the corner. I was most pleased about having two fresh new bathrooms. You can't get that in a hotel.I would stay here again.

*It is a very lovely home. The interior is just as described, newly renovated. Our party of 6 adults had plenty of room, even with only 2 bathrooms. It is very close to Minneapolis and St. Paul. The neighborhood is very safe. The outside does need work. A good coat of paint and some landscaping will do the trick.
*The down side- the lock combo would not let us in, after about an hour of phone calls to the homeowner and VRBO, the combo was reset with no further problems. *Be prepared to do some house cleaning: The trash from the previous guests was still in the trash cans. The bathtub was full of grass, looked like someone washed their feet or shoes and it was not cleaned.
*Lamps are needed in bedrooms and in the living areas.
*TV remote will not turn of TV, you must unplug it.
* Window curtains are only in the bedrooms. The common area windows have sheer curtains, including the bathroom. We hung a towel over it since the back yard neighbors could look straight in at us.
*You MUST bring and not provided: wash cloths/face towels, soap, and paper towels.
* reason for a 4 star rating is simply based on the lack cleanliness of the kitchen and bath room. It made me wonder if the house had been cleaned at all before we arrived. As well as the lack of curtains for privacy.
****It is definitely a place that we will stay again.
