No confetti or glitter allowed. (May result in an extra cleaning fee.)
Please respect quiet hours! (10:00pm-9:00am) Violating quiet hours would result in a $300 FINE. Our neighbors' rest is very important to us. (This is not intended to be an income stream, rather a deterrent. Dollars charged for violation of quiet hours are strictly used for making it up to the neighbors.) 😁

Great location, easy to get to MSP and also MOA. Our host was flexible and responded to emails promptly. Nice outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. Would recommend for large groups, we had 12.

Great house, amazing host, everything was perfect !! Me and my friends definitely enjoyed our stay, would book again and highly recommend anyone thinking of booking.
