Dining room: Dining table and 4 chairs that provides a nice setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Living room: Bright and spacious room with large comfortable sofa, electric fire and a Smart TV. The sofa is a sofa bed, that provides additional sleeping for 1 person (upon request). Bi-fold doors lead out on the patio garden with impressive estuary views.
Kitchen: Well equipped, ‘country style’ fitted kitchen with: electric cooker, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated fridge with ice box and variety of kitchen utensils.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, wash basin and WC.
Understairs cupboard: Housing washing machine
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Double bedroom with hanging rail for clothes, underbed storage drawers and window seat with coastal views.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Double bedroom with underbed storage drawers.
Garden: A secured, patio garden with impressive, direct estuary views.
Parking: On street parking is available a short walk from the property, either along the road near the property or the road running parallel. There is a public car park around 500 metres away at the far end of Irsha Street - subject to availability, charges apply.
Pets: 2 dogs allowed.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided. Gas CH. No Smoking. Maximum of 5 people permitted (additional person using the sofa bed). 2 dogs allowed. Wi-Fi Broadband. Patio furniture. Short breaks available on Mon- Fri, Fri – Mon basis. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure.
