The apartment is just 50 m from a supermarket and bakery, 650 m from Lake Zwischenahn, 1.5 km from the train station, and a 5-minute walk from bike rentals and restaurants. Local highlights include the Park of Gardens (a large park with themed gardens), a wave pool, and a public outdoor pool (open May to September). Oldenburg is 20 km away.

Parking is available behind the property. Please note, the large parking lot in front of the house is not public. Families with children are welcome. Up to 3 pets are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted.
