It’s about 4 square meters to Oldenburg’s great downtown area with its large pedestrian zone. Here you can explore, among other things, the city harbor, various museums, theaters, the Weser-Ems Halle/EWE Arena, the Botanical Garden, the Castle Park, and Oldenburg Castle, and much more.
The Bornhorst Lakes are within walking distance; swimming and SUP rentals, as well as the Flötenteich Wellness Bath with its sauna garden, etc., will be accessible on foot starting in 2026. Sheep pastures, pure nature, yet centrally located.
