The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a smart TV, providing you with a relaxing space to unwind. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the suite, making longer stays a breeze.
The main living area is designed with both style and functionality in mind. The open kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a central island for casual dining or meal preparation. A formal dining table accommodates sit-down meals, while the desk offers a workspace for those needing to catch up on business or studies. The spacious sectional sofa in the living area doubles as a comfortable sofa bed, and a gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. A second smart TV provides additional entertainment options, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity throughout the suite.
Outside, a private deck overlooks serene garden views, ideal for a quiet moment with a book or a morning coffee. The suite's second bathroom is elegantly designed with a sleek tile shower. Additionally, the suite's location on the bus route to Killington Resort makes accessing the slopes convenient. • We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• This condo is up one flight of stairs.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Water Note: Our property uses well water, as does the entire mountain town. The water is safe for use but may have a metallic smell or leave orange staining due to naturally high iron content. We provide bottled drinking water for your comfort during your stay.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip – a full kitchen, a fireplace, two bathrooms with heated floors, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even an overnight EV charging port nearby.
